How to setup key sounds on Android's default keyboard


This is a quick tutorial that teaches you how to enable sounds on your keyboard.

Listening to sounds as you type on your smartphone is just cool and lots of Android users find this dificult to setup especially on
the system's default keyboard app. 

For Samsung Devices


1. Go to Settings>>Language and input
 
2. From the list of the available keyboard, tap the "settings" icon in front of the 'Samsung Keyboard'
3. click "Advanced" menu option, then
4. Check the "Key-tap sound" option
5. Now go back to "Settings" home and select the "Sound" option,
6. Scroll down and check the "Keytones" box.

Go ahead and test the keyboard for sounds (Be sure to set 'Samsung Keyboard' as your default typing app).

For hTC devices (On Android 4.4.2)

1. Go to Settings>>Language & input
2. Select 'Android Keyboard' as your default Typing keyboard
3. The click on the 'Settings' icon in front of the 'Android keyboard' option
4. Scroll down to and Check the "Sound on Keypress" option.
5. Go back Home and confirm keypress sound works

Other Android Devices
