Torrent file sharing over P2P network is hugely popular with PC users, but very few smartphone users know its available for them aswell.

Downloading torrent files require torrent download client and there are lots of apps available.

There are various types of files available for download through your torrent client or app, some of which are...

2. Great PC and smart device apps (e.g. PSP console Games)

4. Textbooks and novels in PDF and other Document formats

How to

To get started with downloading torrent files on your Android device


1. Get a torrent downloading app like Torrentex, atorrent, utorrent from the Google playstore and install it.
2. For Torrentex client (like other torrent clients), open your browser (Google Chrome, Next browser, Boat browser) and search the web for the movie or app you want.

for example: to search for "The Amazing spiderman 2"
type the following: 
"The Amazing spiderman 2 torrent"

3. or Go to the largest torrent search engine Here
4. search for the filename of choice (e.g "Chris brown Loyal.mp4)
5. Follow the links provided to download the torrent version for the desired file (file size is usually very small < 100kb).
6. When download is complete, open the torrent file with 'Torrentex' (or any other torrent downloader) app.
7. File download should start immediately with options to pause, stop and continue.
