Recovering Deleted files on your Phone Without Computer

Easy and quick way to Recover a deleted file on Android

Ever mistakenly deleted your favorite music, an important document, or an image while navigating though your phone. Never worry about loosing your important files as a result of people meddling with your phone, because the handy tool for file recovery is here (has been here for a while).

File recovery tool is an important tool that every smart phone user should have at hand. I will be reviewing in this post probably the only application that does what it says- recovers your deleted files without hassles.

The following should get you started in your quest to recover any file you deleted from your sdCard (GOOD LUCK).

STEPS

1. ROOT: You much have root permission to be able to carry out any file recovery of sorts.

Check out this post on the importance of Rooting

2. Download and install the application UNDELETE from Google playstore

3. Open the application, select the desired storage to recover from and scan the storage selected.

4. Scroll through the list of recoverable files and choose the desired file to be recovered (multiple selection is possible).

5. Choose the RESTORE option to recover. (NOTE: you can only recover image file as a free user, buy a key to unlock other features)

MORE ON THE APPLICATION

I currently have this app installed and i have tested its features (I bought the key), the following should be noted...

  • Ignore the negative and bad reviews given about this application because it does to a fairly good extent what its supposed to do.
  • It can recover any type of file (apk, docx, png, mp3, mp4 and more) of about 12mb size maximum.
  • the app may freeze occasionally while performing operations, just force-close and relaunch and its fixed.
  • Its handy and probably the only application that can recover files successfully on Android, so please be patient with developer and give him/them your support.
