Online Anonymity (Browsing As A Ghost): How to Browse Without Detection

How best to stay Anonymous and keep from prying eyes

Being anonymous when visiting website addresses is an interesting thing. It is part of the various security steps available to keep hackers and information phishers from noticing your presence online and also make it somewhat difficult to trace you. I personally use anonymous surfing for very confidential reasons (like registering accounts with fake identities…LOL not true).

Surfing anonymously is relatively easy and cheap…it comes in varying degrees.

For example: Using the Incognito option on Chrome browser gives you a limited level of anonymity (try it by visiting www.whoer.net in the incognito mode).
There are other steps that can be taken to be as anonymous as possible, depending on
how anonymous you wish to be.

This post is aimed at teaching our readers the specific applications needed and steps required for surfing anonymously on their Android smartphones.

Did you know!
Your browser knows more about your phone than you do?
Sites visited (malicious or not) can have access to these information your browser knows?

Being Anonymous: What you need to know
1.     Most commonly used tool for anonymity is browsing with shared or Public server IPs. There are many virtual Internet providers (They pretend to be your ISP), and are called VPNs (Virtual Private Networks).
2.     Changing your User-Agent String
Using either of the above options works fine, however combining them gives even a better result.

Specifics
·        Get Chrome brower here…(Google Playstore link)
·        Download Chrome UserAgent switcher here…(Google Playstore link)
·        Download the latest version of DroidVPN here…(Google Playstore link)
·        Register for the VPN service for free here…
·        Start DroidVPN

·        Launch UserAgent switcher and select any device you wish to surf as
·        Create custom UAs when you unlock full features, to suit your purpose (try this “ Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows Phone 8.0; Trident/6.0; IEMobile/10.0; ARM; Touch; NOKIA; Lumia 920 ” to browse as a WindowsPhone User)

·        Then enjoy anonymous browsing (now visit www.whoer.net to see difference).

Samsung Galaxy S5 vs. Apple iPhone 5s: Spec Showdown

In what appears to be an unending rivalry between two tech giants,  Samsung and Apple continue their smartphone arms race. The Korean giant's new Galaxy S5 smartphone is poised to take on Cupertino's current champ, the  iphone 5s , as each company tries to leapfrog over the other semiannually. The Galaxy S5 doesn't look too different from the S4, but it sports a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, a significant bump up from the S4's 1.9GHz Snapdragon 600. The iPhone 5s's A7 processor is impressive, and we won't know whether the Galaxy S5 will beat it until we benchmark it. The iPhone 5s  generally
