Airtel Nigeria is the only network (at the moment) that permits users of other devices to enjoy full use of its blackberry subscriptions.
There are several of these plans available ranging from daily (10mb) to monthly (2Gb) and much more.
This Tutorial will guide you on how to use the Airtel Blackberry Unlimited plan(2Gb fair usage policy applies) on other devices other than Blackberry.
What you need:
1. An activated Airtel line/SIM.
2. #1500 naira recharge card.
3. Your fingers (I'm serious)
Just follow the below steps to enjoy
1. Load your #1500 recharge card (*126*PIN#)
2. Dial the code: *440*16# and wait for Airtel to confirm your subscription (you should get a message to that effect)
3. Change your APN ( access point name) to: internet.ng.zain.com
4. Your internet subscription should be active now.
5. Enjoy
Note: If after step 3 you are unable to browse, then do the following:
1. Dial *141*1*1*3*5# (costs #50 only).
2. Switch off your data network and then turn it on again.
Enjoy.....
