Copying of texts is as easy as holding down the text area you wish to copy, select copy and holding down your finger on the blank space you wish to paste, select paste. However, managing these temporary clippings is what has not been provided for by default on Android. The memory in which these temporary clippings are stored is called the Clipboard and is programmed to store only one item of clipping at a time. This means that, after you copy a text item and use it, it will be erased the moment another item is copied an therefore not accessible until you recopy that item.
